Civil Process

Effective August 28, 2025, pursuant to Missouri House Bill 147, a change will be made to the fee for civil process services. The fee for each civil process paper will increase by five dollars ($5.00). This adjustment is necessary to comply with legislative requirements and to ensure continued provision of services consistent with state law.

Service Fee $20.00 + Supplemental Fee $10.00 + Sheriff Retirement Fee $5.00 + Mileage Fee = Total Cost

An additional fee of $35 per person will be charged for multiple individuals served at the same location.
