Brumley Postal Carrier Arrested and Charged with DWI

12/27/2017

On 12/22/2017 deputies received a report that a Brumley postal carrier was possibly driving while intoxicated. The report indicated that Thomas Greschner (49) of Brumley was out delivering mail on his route, and that he was possibly intoxicated. A deputy responded to the area, and was able to locate Greschner operating his postal vehicle. The deputy initiated a traffic stop, and upon further investigation, Greschner was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Miller County Adult Detention Center. He was processed, and issued a summons for Driving While Intoxicated (Class B Misdemeanor), and released with a court date. A summons is not proof of guilt, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
